At present we are seeking donations to help Supply Our Troops With Tactical Gear Uniforms that will SAVE THEIR LIVES
A company called Black Hawk has uniformed Shirts and Pants that have the Life Saving Tourniquets built right into them to save the precious time a soldier needs if trying to treat a Wound which can cause them to bleed to death if not treated within moments of recieving the wound either for themselves or a fellow wounded soldier.

"At Blackhawk we get up every morning dedicated to using our resources to help save lives," explained Noell. "When medics and doctors that deal with combat and tactical medical needs see the system, they at once understand the immediate life saving potential. Four tourniquets in the pants and four tourniquets in the shirt (two in the short sleeve version), correctly positioned and oriented to the upper and lower extremities, are immediately accessible under existing gear and can be operated by the wearer, their buddy, or a medic.
Immediate application minimizes loss of blood, the single greatest medical problem resulting in death from injuries sustained to the extremities among our troops today. An additional feature is that our design allows users to train with the system over and over rather than having to replace each tourniquet after a single use, whether during training or in the field using the same system they will wear in tactical operation," further explained Noell.
"The Integrated Tourniquet System (I.T.S.™) was the brainchild of Dr. Keith Rose. Dr. Rose, a tactical medicine consultant for Blackhawk’s Special Operations Division, was in the military for several years on a forward surgical team and has extensive field experience in trauma and burns. He is currently working with humanitarian groups worldwide and worked directly with Blackhawk!’s R&D team to make sure that the system met real world requirements, and was also consistent with the medical training doctrine typically used by Military, Law Enforcement and the Civilian communities," elaborated Eric Yeates, Director of Blackhawk’s R&D.
"The majority of preventable deaths come from loss of blood resulting from leg and arm wounds that is not protected by body armor. Sixty percent of preventable combat deaths are from extremity bleeding and 50-70% of all combat injuries are extremity wounds," explained Dr. Rose*. The fact that you can always find the tourniquet with the Integrated Tourniquet system and the speed with which you can immediately apply it will dramatically impact not only loss of life but also the amount of time that it takes to recover from extreme blood loss injuries." Dr. Rose further explains.

The Purple Clover - Supporting Our Troops All Year
Welcome to "The Purple Clover - Supporting Our Troops and Their Families Year Round".
Hi ! I'm Cat=^..^= and I started a Fund Raiser Group called The Purpple Clover.
I had the honor for 8 wonderful years as a Singer/Performer with Bob Hope's USO Tour Troop out of North Hollywoord, CA. When I became a member of this wonderful group of people Dessert Storm was just breaking ground so we civilians were not allowed to travel overseas, but we did go to every single Military Post in all of CA on a pretty regular basis.
On occassion we traveld to Falan, NV and Bangor, WA for shows many times in a year.
Besides having so much fun entertaining these courageous men and women, I got to see first hand all that they had to go through to keep up the morale and all the moments of missing family and friends.
As wonderful as it all was it was also heartbreaking.
As we did our shows filled with song music comedy and dancing.... it was truely needed for them to have a piece of home and reality there with them.
So..... as through the years since I have always tried to do what I could to help out in whatever way I was able to...... Now... I have "The Purple Clover"
I do Fund Raisers throughout the year for holidays or just because.
I have done Memoril Day Fund Raisers and Holiday Fund Raisers and right now at the present am doing a "Military Mom's" Mother's Day Luncheon Fund Raiser to give recognition to the Military Mom's who seem to never get the recognition they so deserve.
I have had only a few people ask if this was a "scam" these fund raisers... at first I was stunned "I don't do things like that!" was my initial reaction but after seeing several TV show and news moments about how some people do take advantage of the goodness of peoples hearts I could now understand why the question.
I assure you I would NEVER "scam" anyone at ANY time.. and that's the truth! so help me.
I work with a wonderful woman at Selfidge Air National Guard Base in Harrison Twp. MI and ALL donations I get for Supporting Our Troops and Their Families go to her and the donations of money and items are disbursed to our troops as needed and when our troops get deployed from the base they are able to go and pick up items they need to take with them - so ALL my intentions are TRUE and REAL.
